Eight Strings and a Whistle will include Nirvana- Pam's third movement of her Three Journeys. Composed for the flute, viola and cello trio Eight Strings and a Whistle, the muisc is meditative and richly textured.

From the trio: Our PopUP! Series is a chance to hear works in progress in an intimate atmosphere, and we love getting your feedback on these pieces as we develop them There will be four brand new works, as well as two encore performances. We are developing new works by Pamela Sklar ...and others.

Elizabethan era music will be performed as a prelude to William Shakespeare's play As You Like It. Presented by New Rochelle Council on the Arts, with Red Monkey Theater Group.

*Wildcliff was a historic residence overlooking Long Island Sound in New Rochelle in Westchester County, New York. This 20-room cottage-villa, built in about 1852, was designed by prominent architect Alexander Jackson Davis in the Gothic Revival style. The home was added to the National Register of Historic Places on December 31, 2002* Destroyed by fire in 2018, it has been refurbished, albeit without a roof.
